ADHD Coaching for Adults in the UK
Understand yourself. Find your own way forward.
I offer online ADHD coaching for adults across the UK, including those who have been diagnosed, are awaiting assessment or are exploring whether ADHD might explain their experiences.
Neurodivergent Coaching That Works With You
Have you ever felt like you’re constantly trying to make things work in ways that seem to come naturally to other people?
Maybe you struggle with organisation, motivation, overwhelm or getting started, even when something matters to you. Perhaps you’ve spent years feeling frustrated with yourself, wondering why you can’t seem to do things the way others do.
Neurodivergent coaching offers space to understand how your brain works, recognise your strengths and explore what might help in everyday life.
Whether you have ADHD, autism or AuDHD, are waiting for an assessment or are questioning whether you might be neurodivergent, you don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin.
The aim isn’t to change who you are. It’s to help you find ways forward that work with you, not against you.

Understanding how your brain works
Explore how ADHD, autism or other aspects of your neurodivergence may shape the way you think, feel, communicate, process information and experience the world. Together, we can build a clearer understanding of your individual strengths, needs and patterns.

Finding strategies that work for you
Explore everyday challenges such as organisation, routines, motivation, sensory needs, communication or managing competing demands. We’ll look for approaches that fit your brain, circumstances and energy, rather than expecting you to fit someone else’s system.

Moving forward with confidence
Build self-awareness, recognise what matters to you and explore the changes you want to make. Whether that’s understanding your needs, communicating them to others or finding a more sustainable way of approaching everyday life, we’ll work towards what feels meaningful to you.
Counselling or Coaching?
Both offer a supportive, ND-affirming space, but the focus is different. Counselling may be more helpful when you want to explore what you’re feeling and what you’ve been through. Coaching may suit you when you want to understand yourself better and explore ways forward. Neither is better than the other, and the right choice depends on what you need.
Counselling
Counselling offers space to explore anxiety, emotions, difficult experiences and how these affect your wellbeing. It can help you make sense of your experiences, understand patterns and work through things that feel difficult.
Neurodivergent Coaching
Neurodivergent coaching offers individual support for adults with ADHD, autism or AuDHD, including those who are awaiting an assessment or exploring whether they may be neurodivergent. Through online ADHD and neurodivergent coaching across the UK, we can explore challenges with organisation, motivation, overwhelm, getting started and managing everyday demands. Together, we’ll identify your strengths and develop practical approaches that work with your brain, your needs and your circumstances.
Neither option is better than the other. If you’re unsure which would suit you, you’re welcome to get in touch and we can discuss the options.
